He took his time with her, never rushed the appointment, and made sure SHE understood everything. He was patient, thorough, and attentive in a way that truly matters—especially at her age. Dr. Christensen treated her with dignity, kindness, and respect. His calm manner and careful attention made her feel comfortable and well cared for. Doctors like him are rare, and we are very thankful to be under his care. We highly recommend Dr. Christenson to anyone looking for an optometrist who truly listens and cares about their patients.

The location is very convenient with parking available. The booking system is easy and fast. Best of all, the customer service was excellent—especially from José. He took the time to help us choose, explained everything clearly, and made us feel truly appreciated when we left.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, even after moving farther away. Recently, my glasses broke during a lens replacement (a risk I knew about), and I felt awful — but they stepped in and helped me get a new frame anyway. They didn’t have to, but they cared enough to make it right. That’s why I’ve trusted them for so long, and why I recommend them to everyone.

I had gone in there twice to have the arm on my glasses fixed. I wasn't even a customer at the time. They had absolutely no problem fixing them for me and charged me ZERO. And everybody there seems to just want to be helpful. So when it was time for my next exam, I went to them. I feel this is the first time in a while that I got really good info and feed back on what's going on. They are my optometrist place forever now.

I've been a customer here for over 30 years and had to change optometrists. They no longer carry Chrome Hearts (and other luxury brands) due to a change in ownership. The staff is amazing, but if you are looking for the higher end frames you may need to go elsewhere.
